In 1997 Markova discovered the electronic music scene for herself and her passion for music did not let go of her.
She began playing in the late 90s at the time under the stage name Mary C Jane which she formally known as and has now progressed to the well known name: Markova.
Influenced by: Jeff Mills, Samuel L Session, Marco Carola, Hard Cell, The Advent, Glenn Wilson, Lars Klein and Ben Sims, she began to publicly play their techno sets.
The techno-Deejane played her sets on renowned clubs and events such as Oxa, Rohstofflager, Borderline, Nortstern, Area 51 in Belgium, Nature One, Universal D.O.G. also on various radio shows like Radio X, Kanal K or Radio Lora.
Now she presents her first remix of her releases on Stahlplatten and ex-tract Records.
